Stage 5, and what do you know? At last you get to play some golf with Se Ri! Talk about a reward!

To be honest, this is not one of the most amazing golf simulations you'll ever see, but who cares, it's still fun! The view of the course is top down, and you can scroll to take a look at each hole. There are four variables you can control. The first is the club, but you only have a choice between the driver, an iron and a putter. The second is ball direction, or maybe draw/fade. The third also seems to be ball direction. To be honest, I never did figure out the difference between the two settings. And the fourth is the amount of time you hold the mouse button during your swing, which seems to determine the flight path and force (but again, exactly how escaped me).

So off you go, getting to play a few holes with Se Ri, including a rather unlikely 700 yard par 5 (preparing for her PGA debut, perhaps?). When you swing, you can watch a little Se Ri cartoon in the corner take a cut at the ball. One funny thing is that, when you hit a bad shot and it goes into the woods, that cartoon gets a horrible look on her face and falls down. Needless to say, I saw that animation a lot!

As you can imagine, I hacked my way around the course something fierce. Even when you reach the green, it does not give you a close up of the green, so you have no way of measuring your putts accurately. I can't imagine my score was good enough to make it through the stage, and probably in embarrassment, the game showed me my score then quietly continued on.

Stage 6 starts with a quick graphic of Se Ri preparing to fight the glowing eyes. At last! Now you can get that creep! The actual stage is a snowy field with a big ice wall in the background. Unlike most games, though, the ice does not cause you to slip, which is a relief actually, since I usually hate ice levels.

The only new foe is a snow white version of the digging fox, who this time digs up ice pellets. The main challenge in 6-1 is to jump over the occasional pit filled with ice spikes. Challenging, but not too hard. 6-2, however, gets absolutely chaotic, as tons of monsters assault you from every angle. You even have to deal with two of the whales, this time spitting icicles from their blowholes. Crazy!

Finally tired of getting destroyed, I found a use for the transformation power. I turned into one of the mini tanks and blasted away, rolling through the carnage quickly. And just like that, I had reached the end!
